2023 SUMMER PROGRAMS

NOTE:
All summer program participants MUST be enrolled as members of the
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Vergennes. If your youth would like to become a member
to join us for the summer program, please CLICK HERE to download the Membership Form, fill it out completely, and return it to the Club.

For 2023, the Summer Programming has changed. We will be leaving the Club daily and sign-ups are per event. Summer Programming will be offered from June 27 – July 28 only. Space is limited.


• All Summer Programs will be limited to 10 Club members per day (unless noted). Sign up today!


To participate, parents or guardians MUST sign up their Club member for any activity they want to participate in.


Sign up will require three things:

  1. Click on the Google Form, fill out the top with names and contact info, and select a spot for the activity that they will attend.
  2. Fill out the Waiver form and return it to the Club. The Waiver form needs to be downloaded to your computer. Please print and fill it out. Then return it via email to info@bgcvergennes.org or drop it by the Club. This Waiver form will be good for all Summer Program activities (so you only have to do it once).
  3. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ACTIVITY IS SOMETHING THAT THE CLUB MEMBER WANTS TO DO!

STEP 1

Click here to fill out the Google Sign-Up Form to indicate any and all 2023 Summer Program Activities your Club member will attend.

STEP 2

Click here to download the Waiver form to allow you Club member to travel with BGCGV.

This Waiver is good for all activities related to the 2023 Summer Program (you only have to do this once).


STEP 3

Make sure to fill out any additional waivers mandated by the destination. You can access those additional waivers via links in the Google Sign-up Form.
